We've all seen recommendations for anime series with beautiful artwork, but there's one series that no one talks about. Rurouni Kenshin 1080p Yify is a Japanese anime and manga franchise written and illustrated by Nobuhiro Watsuki. The storyline follows the adventures of a fictional former assassin during the early Meiji era in Japan, mastering his sword skills to protect those he cares about from all who would harm them. This post will be an exploration into the inner workings of this deep and thoughtful series with 39 episodes detailing Kenshin’s journey to find peace after years of bloodshed. Rurouni Kenshin 1080p Yify is a series that has been around for over a decade and still going strong. The series follows the story of Namiji Himura who was trained in assassination from an early age by his father. He receives a letter from his estranged mother telling him to find the man calling himself the “ackless wanderer” to avoid being put on a wanted list by both sides of the warring clans. Kenshin arrives in Shishio’s headquarters just as he is about to be executed. After witnessing Shishio kill his comrades, Kenshin slays him causing yet another war between the Uesugi and Sanada families to resume. He is then set out on a journey to rediscover himself as he wanders the country fighting injustice and protecting those who are powerless to do it themselves. What I really love about this series is that it's more than just some fighting anime that has no meaning. Kenshin’s struggles are real, his guilt is deep, his pain raw, and yet he musters on with sheer determination to protect those he feels responsible for. The story is quite simple with not many twists or turns, but what really makes it amazing is the character development. The characters are all very complex with their own individual backgrounds and stories. I feel like each character plays a vital part in this manga/anime and that they’re all connected in some way. They all have such touching and heart-breaking stories that will leave you an emotional wreck. The anime is nothing compared to the manga because it leaves out so many details and doesn’t show the characters to their full potential. What I mainly love about the manga is how it explores a lot more of Kenshin’s past, really developing his character by going into detail about his decisions. What makes Rurouni Kenshin 1080p Yify stand out from other similar anime is how his personality changes to fit the situation he's in rather than changing for no reason at all. For instance, Kenshin starts out as a cold-hearted assassin who is only concerned with getting his revenge. However, he begins to see how his vengeance is wrong and decides to leave the life of revenge behind. One interesting thing is that he starts out as a cold-hearted assassin who has no remorse for killing because of what his father taught him, but by the end of the series, he becomes the exact opposite of that because he sees how killing causes more harm than good. The artwork is very well done for this series. The main male character looks exactly like his manga counterpart. There are so many scenes where you can tell where they have taken stills directly from the manga, which I thought was really cool. 8eeb4e9f32 41
